Law of Attraction meditation changed my life!

I’m being very serious. Some years back I discovered the Law of Attraction. As I learned more about it, I tried to implement it, but I was only seeing small manifestations. Whilst that was nice, I wanted more and then I came upon Law of Attraction meditation .

Meditation changed everything! It took me to the next level and that’s when I saw really big changes. Large lump sums of money, better health and better living conditions soon followed. It was amazing.

 

 

But how does meditation help?

Well for one, meditation encourages the release of endorphins that help to elevate our mood and overall has a positive effect on the whole body.

Amazingly, meditation can alter brain activity to activate the area associated with positive emotional experiences. And as you may know by now, positive thought attracts positive things!

It also reduces stress; endorphins work to reduce stress levels and therefore promotes positive thinking. This in turn can help with focusing, which is helpful during visualisation. It can help with sleep by enhancing your slow wave sleep pattern. This is essential for wellbeing

All of these assist in lowering blood pressure in the short and long term therefore prolonging and enhancing your health and even life. Incredibly it can also help with pain levels by altering your perception of pain. Particularly in those who suffer from chronic pain.

But most importantly. meditation allows you to drop your resistance. It simply melts the layered worry, anxiety, depression, and fear clogging up your thought processes, which in turn allows everything that you have been asking for to flow into your life.

The tools I use.

I personally use Abraham Hicks’ guided meditation. Available on Amazon here in USA or here in UK

Abraham Hicks’ guided meditation covers four main subjects: financial abundance, physical wellbeing, relationships and general well-being. They also have a basic meditation track without a voice over. I find them to be fantastically relaxing and if I feel myself slipping into negative thinking, their meditation always helps me get back on track. Therefore I strongly recommend them.

Give Law of Attraction meditation a try, and be amazed at how quickly positive change and abundance will flow into your life!
